I ordered a necklace for my Grandaughter, # 146948 on 12/11/2024 and have not received it. I rached out to Amy Van Pelt on 12/26. She asked if I had received the tracking# and I said No. She sent me the UPS link, but not the tracking#. I have emailed her three times for the tracking number with no response. My Grandaughter goes back home saturday without the gifrt she asked for.
